A few details are enough to prepare our first discussion:

  • the name and activity of your organisation;
  • the number of users and workstations;
  • your main equipment: workstations, server, NAS, Microsoft 365 and network;
  • the incident or requirement that has priority;
  • your current backup solution;
  • whether you prefer a telephone conversation, remote assistance or an on-site visit.

A free introductory assessment

The initial discussion lasts approximately 30 minutes. It helps clarify your requirements, identify priorities and determine the next step. Where a technical audit is necessary, its scope and price are provided before any work begins.

Send your request

    RAPHAEL-AMATO, represented by Raphaël Amato, uses the required fields to respond to your request and, where necessary, prepare a quotation or service (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract). The “Organisation” and “Telephone” fields are optional. The data can be accessed by RAPHAEL-AMATO and the necessary technical service providers; a request that does not lead to a service is kept for no more than three years after the last contact.     Support hours, priority levels and target initial response times are defined in the selected contract. If an incident is preventing you from working, clearly describe its impact on your organisation.
