Backup and recovery
Implementation of a suitable backup strategy: data selection, destination, frequency, retention and recovery testing, as specified in the quotation.
Remote support
User support and remote assistance, with your consent, to resolve incidents that do not require travel.
How is the price set?
Your needs are assessed first: the equipment concerned, the nature of the fault, remote or on-site work, the required backup, and any necessary parts or licences. A quotation then states the price and terms before any work begins.
